How do I get started?

What is scheduling like? What are your hours?

I am very flexible and happy to accommodate you. I am available during the week, Monday through Friday as well as during the evenings, on the weekends, and if needed, during holidays at times that would work for us both.

How long will we work together?

•    As an Individual– There is no set time frame as everyone has different needs and works at their own pace. The recommendation is that we partner together for at least 1 month (4 sessions) so that all the progress made will be successfully sustained.


•    As a Business– I recommend that we partner for at least 3 to 6 months so that the needed work can be done with sustainable results.

How many clients do you work with at a time? How do I know that I’ll have your undivided attention?

When we have a scheduled session, our time is blocked out and you will have my undivided attention. I am here for YOU! The number of clients I work with as a whole will be determined by each person’s needs. I will always leave enough time for you. I will always show up with high energy and be ready to work with you!

Can other people be present during our coaching? ex. a spouse, a partner, a child, a parent

This is your session and you can certainly choose to have other people present if you wish. I kindly ask that we discuss the specifics prior to our scheduled session so I can be best prepared to work with everyone who will be present.

What results can I expect from our work together?

There is no greater feeling than being heard, appreciated, and validated. I will genuinely listen to you and give you honest feedback and unconditional support. My hope is that through this collaboration, you will have increased feelings of positivity, productivity, accomplishment, and value. You will feel empowered to sustain your successes and make progress with new goals.

Can we change our scheduled days and times if needed?

Absolutely. I understand that schedules can shift and things can come up that weren’t planned. Having a consistent day and time to meet is recommended though.

What are your fees?

I charge $125 per hour. 

  • As an Individual– I offer hourly, daily, and weekly rates, as well as monthly rate packages.
     

  • As a Business– I offer monthly rate packages. I am happy to customize a package that will work for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that you please contact me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full rate. You can email me (anjali@piecesinplace.net), call me (516-206-2462) and leave a Voicemail, or send me a text. I will always acknowledge your outreach.

What SPECIAL SERVICES might you offer?
  • Helping to pack and organize your belongings before a move.

    • A move can happen for many reasons and I know it can be stressful. I’m here to help you get organized in your packing process so you don’t feel like you have to bring anything unwanted to your new home or take care of things alone.

  • Helping to unpack and organize belongings after a move, into a new home.

    • Moving into any new home is a big job and it can be stressful, especially as you want to feel settled as quickly as possible. I can help you unpack in an organized and efficient manner so you can start living in your new home with less stress as quickly as possible.

  • Coordination of meals and caretaking when you are caring for loved ones who are ill.

    • Taking care of loved ones is always challenging. It can be emotionally and physically draining too as you have a lot on your plate. I can help you coordinate needed meals, people care, pet care, and much needed self-care breaks so you can stay strong for yourself and loved ones.

  • Assistance for New Moms & Dads to Ease the Transition Home to a Safe, Comfortable and Well-Run Space

    • Becoming a new mom (and dad) is such a blessing. It is also one of the most stressful and exhausting times of your life. You will want to smile, laugh, cry, and scream- all at the same time… and that’s okay. I can help you safely organize any spaces (nursery, mutli-level environments) to help ease the transition home with your bundle of joy so that you can have the most efficient space possible and have increased feelings of control as quickly as possible. You want a space that is safe, comfortable and works for you and where what you need, will be at your fingertips. After all, your focus should be on the bonding between you, your baby, and your family–not on having to coordinate the diapers in one room with the wipes in another.

  • Emotional/Cognitive support in between consultations, as needed.

    • Life and relationships are complicated and many things are unplanned or don’t go as planned. I am here to listen to you during any times of challenges and triumphs when you need it the most. I can help you work through your struggles and celebrate your successes with you.
