How does scheduling work and when are sessions available?
I’m flexible and happy to accommodate your schedule. I offer appointments Monday through Friday, with additional availability in the evenings, on weekends, and select holidays at times that work best for us both. Each appointment is 50 minutes, giving us ample time to focus on your goals and progress.​
What does our time together typically look like?
I recommend that we work together for at least three months to allow meaningful change to take hold. Real transformation begins when we start to shift not only our behaviors, but also the thoughts that drive them. Research shows it takes about 66 days for a new habit or mindset to become second nature. This time gives you space to grow with intention, build confidence, and create lasting balance- so the progress we make together truly stays in place.

To make the most of our work together, weekly sessions are recommended at the start of your coaching journey. This consistency helps build momentum, provides space for reflection and practice, and supports meaningful progress between sessions. As you begin to feel more balanced and confident, we can adjust to bi-weekly or monthly sessions for ongoing growth and support- creating lasting, natural change that fits your life.
What type of coaching appointments do you offer?
I offer only virtual appointments at this time. Virtual coaching offers the flexibility and comfort you need to prioritize yourself, no matter where you are. Meeting online allows you to connect from your own space, helping you feel relaxed, focused, and grounded as we work together. Without the stress of travel or scheduling conflicts, it’s easier to stay consistent and committed to your goals.

Each session provides a private, supportive environment where you can reflect openly and make meaningful progress. Most importantly, virtual coaching makes it possible to put your pieces in place from anywhere- restoring peace, balance, and clarity as you create the life you want to lead.
What if I need to change our meeting day or time? What if I need to cancel and reschedule our appointment?
I understand that schedules can shift and things can come up that weren’t planned. Having a consistent day and time to meet is recommended though.
I do kindly ask that you notify me at least 48 hours advanced via email or text, for any changes or cancelations. I will always acknowledge your outreach and work with you to reschedule your appointment.

How much do coaching sessions cost?
Custom coaching packages allow you to tailor the number and frequency of sessions to your unique goals and needs, ensuring your investment delivers meaningful results. At $125 per hour, booking multiple sessions in advance not only helps you stay consistent and make steady progress, but also provides the benefit of greater savings, making it easier to prioritize your well-being while putting your pieces in place.
